We have showing opportunities available for Bolingbrook students of all levels and interests. Our students attend many events and competitions throughout the season sanctioned by several associations:

• Blue Ridge Eventing Association (BREA)

• Eventing in Virginia 

• VA Eventing

• United States Eventing Association (USEA)

• in addition to local foxhunts and hunter paces

 

Showing allows students to display the fundamentals they have learned in our lesson program in a competitive environment. Our students have been highly successful at local events as well as regional and​ national competitions and championships. 

While in the arena students compete alone with their horse, we place a large emphasis on team building, sportsmanship, and horsemanship with our show team. Students are taught to celebrate the wins of teammates as well as their own. In addition, sportsmanship should be extended to riders outside the team. Eventing is a close knit community, and students learn to wish their competitors safe and successful rides and compliment them on a job well done. Our show team forges friendships and builds character that our students carry with them in all facets of their life. ​

Coaching at Shows:   $50

Horse Use for Shows: $50

Travel: $75 for the first 60 miles ($.75 per mile after)

Entry Fees: TBD based on event
